Caretta Diving Centre is highly committed to preserving our local dive environment and native marine species. With our own marine biologist on board we promote diver awareness of the fragility of our underwater world, and are keen to encourage proper dive practices, but also for our divers to develop further knowledge of their environment.

We are supporting local efforts to monitor and rescue the Loggerhead (Caretta caretta) turtles which migrate each year to breed on the Fethiye coastline. Donations are taken and from the sale of each T-shirt a £1 donation is made the save the turtles.

This year Caretta Diving Centre is now the 1st call for turtle rescues and rehabilitation. As a customer with Caretta Diving Centre you can receive information on this fragile species and if your lucky you may get the chance to be part of a rescue.
